Please note that our third-party shipping companies operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

All orders for JRP Global Enterprises, LLC (JRP Global) processed and received before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday or the first business day after a Holiday. Shipping rates are non-negotiable and are calculated based on the total weight of your package, the distance the package is traveling, and the specified service method.

Please note our fulfillment house is closed on the following Holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day). Holidays that fall on a Saturday will be observed on Friday before, and Holidays that fall on a Sunday will be observed on Monday. If your order is received on a Friday of a Holiday Weekend, it will be shipped the following business day when the fulfillment house reopens for business.

Return Policy

At JRP Global Enterprises, LLC, we stand behind our products and want you to love and enjoy them as much as we do. Therefore, for those retail customers that purchase directly from JRP Global Enterprises, LLC online, if the packaging is damaged in any way and deemed unusable, please notify us immediately within (5) five days of delivery via email or by phone.  However, because of the nature of the product and the current World Health Crisis with COVID-19 and its variants, we will not be offering refunds at this time.
